Our goal at Primal Rights is to have you, our customer, completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in offering quality products and great customer service. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase you may follow the instructions below and we will assist you.
Manufacturer defects: We will be happy to assist you through the process of getting a replacement from the manufacturer. Should you wish not to do this, we will refund your money within 30 days of receiving your item.
Some firearms and their accessories may not be eligible for return or for a full refund of the purchase price.
ALL sales are final on ammunition and suppressors.
Should we determine an item was damaged due to customer’s negligence, any refund will be forfeited and you will be required to pay shipping back to you. Return shipping must be paid before we will release your item. We reserve the right to charge a convenience fee of $45 should your return be due to negligence. All fees must be paid in full before your item will be shipped back. If your item is not paid for in full within 45 days of notification, you forfeit your item and it will be incorporated back into Primal Rights inventory.
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Primal Rights has a restocking fee of up to 30% of the original price. Returns must be unopened and in the original manufacturer’s packaging. An RMA number must be obtained before sending your return and it MUST be included in the return package. Any return not following these guidelines will be returned to you and you will be charged return shipping.

Incomplete RMA forms will be denied. All return shipping is paid for by the customer. Should return shipping not be paid in full within 45 days of being notified, your item will be incorporated back in to Primal Rights inventory.
