Anybody have one?

I'm looking for 0.1gr accuracy. Meaning, if I want to throw 44gr then worst case scenario it will be 44.1 or 43.9gr. Is this a reasonable expectation of that unit? I understand that at times it will under-throw or over-throw, but my main concern is with the scale itself, and its ability to stay within a tenth of a grain of the desired charge.

I'm trying to remove bottlenecks in my reloading process, and as it stands, throwing powder is the longest step.

Hmmmm...I've HEARD good things about it but haven't actually used it. RCBS is only about fifteen minutes from my house though, so if you call them and they have any returns or seconds, have them hold it and I can go pick them up for you (usually half price), and send it to ya. 800-533-5000 is the number to ask the nice front desk lady(yea, its in my phone), she'll put you on hold and run back to the warehouse and tell you what they have available for seconds. I got my turret press and uniflow powder measure for two hundred bucks a few months ago, if I remember right.

I love mine! Drops the EXACT charge you asked for every time*. I have yet to have a single load go over even .1 grain and thats loading everything from 220 swift up through 50 cal.

*It is sensitive to table vibrations. I cant resize brass on the press at the same time its throwing powder because the vibration is enough to cause the scale to acutally sense the movement and each time it happen I had to little powder. As long its on a seperate surface or a vibration free surface it works great.

Its rated the best of the three on the market. I got mine at Natchez shooting supply for $275.00

You will have to adjust the feet attachments on the bottome of the two componants to get it calibrated. Out of the box it wold not calibrate and turns out the screw in feet were to tight and causing torque on the bracket that contects the two, thus causing a error in the scale reading. Once that was done all was great!

I have a friend that has that setup... I'm sick of hearing how great the stoopid thing is, and having him tell me how much my Lyman sucks.. Please don't get one.. I don't want to have to read about how much you like it..

Really, they're awesome.. Accurate and fast. Get it, but please don't rub it in.

Have had one over a year now, 0 problems. It will beep and tell ya if it is over , only caused from bumping the table or breathing to much. lol, IT IS DEAD NUTS ACCURATE EVERY TIME. Your groups will tighten up too.
