 SBR Upper ?

Okay. So it's legal to possess a sbr upper as long as it isn't mounted on a lower that hasn't been registered yet. Can you sell the sbr upper if you decide not to build a sbr?

Anybody want a 14.5" bushmaster heavy barreled upper? Don't remember what upper we put on it, A2 w/ cerro forged markings. All brand new.

Post in the for sale section with pictures. 14.5" uppers are nice cause you can weld or pin the flash hider and it brings your "barrel" length up to the 16" min. but still gives you a shorter overall rifle (by 1 1/2").....
