When assualt and battery crime is commited, why should race be a factor? Isn't it a crime reqardless who's committed it? :usa:

Race is a factor when somebody commits a crime against another person SOLELY on the basis of that persons race.. (this is according to the law)

I agree too, when 5-8 black guys attack a white guy, just because he's white, that's a race crime ALSO..
If 5-8 guys jump somebody just because he voted for BHO, that's only assault.. :lmfao:

Because a white guy is not a "protected" class, he is not defined by hate crime law to be a "protected" by the hate crime legislature thus it is not a hate crime. Just like discrimination against a white guy vs a black guy for a job is different. If a black manager turns away a white applicant because of his skin oh well. He is not protected by the same laws as a black applicant turned away because of his race.

I know it was predictable, but the whole judge / jury and executioner stance by the blacktivists and leftmedia really pisses me off.

You did notice how Obama and his administration made the statement that they did not want to jump to conclusions until a full investigation and hearing is conducted for the Secret Service scandal right? Yet they make commentary about the Zimmerman case.
